Company Introduction

Founded in 2023, Smart Construction Laboratory Ltd. is spring-off company from the Smart Construction Laboratory  (SCLab) at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, founded by Professor Heng LI, Chair Professor of Construction Informatics. SCLab boasts a 20-year legacy. As a high-tech enterprise, we specialize in  domains of smart construction, smart cities, and smart homes. Our commitment lies in the area of advancing intelligent construction technologies, in which we hold distinctive expertise and technological advantages.

To harness IT-based solutions for real-time progress monitoring;

To anticipate and preempt health and safety incidents before they manifest;

To enable a paradigm shift in construction management from a reactive approach to proactive approach.
Our objective
Our pride, the product WB-loT (Landlink's first-generation product), has attracted great attention in the Hong Kong construction industry since its launch in 2023. Our R&D team consists of chair professor, professors/associate professors, and post-doctorates from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. We have extensive experience in product development, which enables us to provide outstanding solutions for our clients.
