Job Description: Responsible for planning, executing, and completing technology projects, ensuring timely, quality, and budgeted completion. Collaborate with team members, monitor project progress, and communicate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities: - Responsible for project pre-sales communication, overall planning, execution and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, with quality and within budget. - Develop project plans and schedules, monitor project progress, and make adjustments as needed. - Coordinate the work of team members, assign tasks and resources to ensuresmooth project progression. - Assist in testing system and platform development and write related documentation.
Requirements: - Degree in Computer Science, Architecture, or related field preferred. - At least 1 year of project management experience. - Strong organizational and coordination skills, able to effectively managetime and resources. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Problem-solving and decision. -making abilities, able to work under pressure. - Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and English. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Candidates with a valid work visa are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities ·Coordinateinternal and external project teams to fulfil project deliverables and meet client expectations. ·Review internal and externally developed BIM models for quality and completeness to schedule. ·Conduct clash analysis, visual coordination exercises and design reviews routinely for project deliverables. ·Develop Autodesk centric BIM models to specifications and standards internally and externally. ·Develop Autodesk centric content to specifications and standards internally and externally. ·Interpret as-built, design and construction documentation to lead & contribute todevelopment of BIM models. ·Document control of digital and printed material. Including incoming and outgoing project documents. ·Ability to contribute or otherwise assist as required.
Requirements: ·Min.5 Years working in a BIM environment. On-site experience a plus. ·Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks Working Proficiency. ·CIC certified BIM Coordinator; Professional Member of Hong Kong Institution of Building Information Modelling, or equivalent. ·Candidate must possess a degree or higher diploma in one of the following fields or demonstrate previous experience in Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing or Civil Engineering Strong Graphical, illustration and documentation skills. Ability to Create, Assimilate and Convey technical details and documentation in a concise and effective manner. Excellent 3D/4D Visualization/Simulation Skills. ·Strong Organizational Skills and Excellent Communication Skills
