Project 4S Labelling Project of Civil Construction

The Yuen Long Stadium will be reprovisioned as a natural turf football pitch to meet the international standards for football competition venues, including an eight-lane, 400-metre running track and other athletic field facilities to meet the World Association of Athletics Federations (WAAF) standards and requirements. The objective of this project is to provide and maintain the Smart Safety Site System to improve the safety and efficiency of civil engineering works.

Introduction

Central Management Platform

Provide and operate a Centralized Management Platform (CMP) to respond, manage and record signals/alerts received from all SSSS components implemented in the Site.

Electronic Lock and Key System

• Electronic lock to floor opening & Hazardous areas;
• Once the lock has been opened, alert message shall be automatically generated and sent to the mobile devices.
• The time and place of unlocking is recorded in the CMP.

Smart Monitoring Devices for Workers and Frontline Site Personnel

• Provision of Smart Watch.
• Capable for outdoor location tracking.
• List all historic alarms.
• Indicate Smart Watch battery level.
• Display each worker's Smart Watch real-time status.

Alert for mobile plant operation danger zone

An automated warning system on mobile plants to alert mobile plant operator and any site personnel encroaching the mobile plant danger zone perimmeter.

Safety Monitoring System using Artificial Intelligence

Setup and maintenance of real-time alert system with AI camera andrecording system, if any non-compliance is detected, all IP cameras, sensors and related video recordings shall be managed by the CMP, including on-site technical training course.

Landlink wireless base Station

• 60km: High-speed transmission over distances of up to 60km
• 2% VS 50%: Breaking through the technical bottleneck of Qualcomm Mesh wireless transimission signal failure
• 300Mbps: High-speed transmission of 300Mbps

Project Outcome

1. The AI Camera can be triggered in two situations:
• Video-triggered events: BLE positioning and video integration can trigger video surveillance systems based on specific location or object movements.
• Event correlation analysis: BLEpositioning and video integration provide a comprehensive understanding of events by correlating BLE positioning data with videofootage.

2. The following four major advantages of Smart Monitoring Devices for Workers and Frontline Site Personnel Moduel were demonstrated in the test:
• High Precision: 3m - 5m
• Low power consumption: Consumes less power, allowing devicesto operate for extended periods on battery power.
• Multi-level positioning: Precise floor-level positioning. Track device location by floor level.
• Deployment flexibility: Can be easily deployed on various objectssuch as tags, sensors, or mobile devices.
